Available Positions

TUSDEC seeks candidates for the following key roles based in Lahore. These contractual positions initially last for one year, with potential extensions based on performance and mutual agreement.

1. Project Director
   • Position: 1
   • Pay Scale: PPS-10
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
   • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management for similar initiatives.
   • Age Limit: 32-45 years
   • Responsibilities:
     • Lead and oversee the initial stages of the project.
     • Administer and guide the implementation process to ensure smooth execution.
2. Project Manager
   • Position: 1
   • Pay Scale: PPS-8
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences. A background in Business Administration or Project Management will be advantageous.
   • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management.
   • Age Limit: 29-40 years
   • Responsibilities:
     • Manage the engineering and technical aspects of the project.
     • Assist in the initial stages of execution and oversee the implementation process.
3. Assistant Manager
   • Position: 1
   • Pay Scale: PPS-7
   • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
   • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project implementation.
   • Age Limit: 25-32 years
   • Responsibilities:
     • Support the Project Manager in project execution and implementation.
     • Assist in various project activities and ensure timely task completion.
