Introduction
The Sindh Health Care Commission (SHCC) dedicated to ensuring quality health care services across the Sindh province. With its headquarters in Karachi and additional offices in Hyderabad, Mirpurkhas, and Larkana, SHCC plays a pivotal role in regulating health care practices and enhancing patient safety. The Commission is currently seeking to engage foreign legal experts (ELES) to assist with civil and criminal cases, further strengthening its legal framework and capacity.

Assignment Details
ELES will provide legal advice on a range of civil and criminal matters when required by the SHCC. They will also gather necessary facts and legal claims for cases that SHCC involved in. Additionally, timely preparation of comments and decisions expect to ensure that require legal actions taken efficiently.
The administration may also request updates on cases, and ELES prepared to collaborate with the SHCC on necessary submissions to the courts. Compensation for services rendered paid as approved by the SHCC Board of Commissioners, with specified fees for different types of cases. The compensation for lower court cases set at 35,000 PKR and for high court cases at 50,000 PKR, with fees payable only upon case closure.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess an LLB degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. An LLM or a bar qualification preferred. Applicants registered with the relevant Bar Council and have at least 15 years of practice in civil or criminal law. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Please note that selected ELES not entitled to employment benefits from SHCC. They expected to manage their own logistics and expenses. Any reimbursement for additional costs explicitly agreed upon in writing with SHCC.
