Name of Post: Sub-Engineer (BS-11)
Disciplines: Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical / Electronics
Qualification / Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with at least a Second Division from a recognized institute/university, and registered as a Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council;
- OR
- A three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Chemical Technology from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE) with three years of relevant experience.
Age Limit: 21-28

Testing Procedure
- Complete the online application/registration on the official candidate portal of SIBA Testing Services (STS) at https://apply.sts.net.pk.
- After finishing the online application, download the system-generated challan for Rs. 1,500 (Fifteen Hundred Only). Pay this challan at any ABL Bank Ltd branch or use the 1Bill reference number for payment through any 1 Bill-linked bank’s internet banking portal. (This fee is non-refundable.)
- Upload your CNIC, Domicile, PRC/Form D, one recent photograph, and academic documents.
- The verification of original certificates will occur only for candidates called for interviews. Any applicant who submits false information will face disqualification at any stage.
- We will not entertain any online applications submitted after the deadline.
- STS will inform candidates about the date, time, and venue of all tests through online call letters, SMS, and the SIBA Testing Service (STS) website. All updates, notifications about test dates, admit slips, results, and other information will also appear on the STS portal. Candidates should regularly check the website for updates.
- Age relaxation applies according to the Sindh Government’s recruitment policies.
- Current government employees must apply through the appropriate channels.
- The Public Health Engineering Department can adjust the number of vacancies as needed.
- The Government of Sindh reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing a reason.
- Candidates who do not meet the criteria should refrain from submitting online applications.
