Career Opportunities
1.Senior Network Engineer – WAN Operations (AVP/VP)
Reporting to: Unit Head – WAN Operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution; Master’s degree and relevant certifications preferred.
- At least 5 years of IT networking experience, with a minimum of 3 years in WAN Operations, ideally within a banking environment.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proficient in WAN architecture design, including VPNs, MPLS, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Knowledge of QoS principles for traffic prioritization.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Team player with the ability to manage pressure and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, manage, and optimize WANs.
- Configure and install network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
- Administer security solutions and monitor network activity.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and implement improvements.
- Report on network operational status and troubleshoot issues.
2. Network Engineer – LAN Ops (OG-II/OG-1)
Reporting to: Unit Head – LAN Operations (Core)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree and relevant certifications preferred.
- At least 3 years of IT networking experience, with a minimum of 1 year in Network Core Switching or SDN switching, preferably in banking.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of SDN concepts and technologies (ACI, OpenFlow, REST APIs).
- Proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
- Experience with security assessment tools (Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the nationwide switching network infrastructure.
- Design and implement scalable, secure network solutions.
- Support network hardware and software deployments.
- Implement security measures in accordance with bank requirements.
- Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvements.
