   • Age & Salary: 153,900 – 292,410 PKR; Maximum Age: 37 years
   • Educational Background: BBA (4 Years) or MBA (2 Years) from an HEC-recognized university
   • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field
   • Skills & Competencies:
     • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
     • Multitask effectively, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
     • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
     • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and effective teamwork
   • Location: Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sukkur
2. Assistant Director (Back-end Developer)
   • Posts: 2
   • Age & Salary: 153,900 – 292,410 PKR; Maximum Age: 37 years
   • Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field from an HEC-recognized university
   • Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Java Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices, along with knowledge of programming languages (Java, Spring Boot, etc.) and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL)
   • Skills & Competencies:
     • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
     • Familiarity with tools such as Git, Docker, and Continuous Integration
     • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
