- Assistant Director (Performance Management)
- Age Limit: Max 37 years
- Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resource from an HEC-recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in human resources, with a focus on performance management systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement organizational performance appraisal processes
- Formulate key performance indicators and set objectives
- Enforce performance management and automation plans
- Present performance data through dashboards
- Deputy Assistant Director (Training)
- Age Limit: Max 30 years
- Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resource from an HEC-recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in training or organizational development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Execute training and development programs
- Apply learning theories and methodologies for training initiatives
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the training process
- Maintain training records and generate necessary reports
- Deputy Assistant Director (Compensation & Benefits)
- Age Limit: Max 30 years
- Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resource from an HEC-recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll, compensation, or rewards.

- Design and implement reward programs

- Key Responsibilities:
