Ministry of National Health Services are inviting applications from qualified candidates for various positions on a contract basis, for a project based in Islamabad. The contract duration is up to one year, until June 30, 2025, and may be extended. Positions offer market-based salaries.

Available Positions

  1. Manager (PPS-9)
    • No. of Posts: 1
    • Age: 30-40 years
    • Project: Finance
    • Qualification & Experience:
      • Medical Doctor with a postgraduate degree in public health, specializing in health policy and systems development.
      • At least 10-15 years of experience in the health sector at national or international levels, including a minimum of 2 years in the public sector.
      • Experience in project/program management, coordination with development partners and NGOs, and excellent report writing and communication skills.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and surveillance databases is required.
  2. Manager (PPS-8)
    • No. of Posts: 1
    • Age: 30-40 years
    • Project: Procurement
    • Qualification & Experience:
      • Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
      • Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
      • Understanding of donor procurement policies and expertise in procurement of goods, services, and consultancy.
      • Knowledge of PPRA rules and Microsoft Office applications required.
  3. Manager (PPS-8)
    • No. of Posts: 1
    • Age: 30-35 years
    • Project: Database
    • Qualification & Experience:
      • Postgraduate degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Statistics.
      • 5-7 years of experience in data and database management, with proven skills in data analysis and knowledge of health data management systems.
      • Experience with databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle/MS SQL and SPSS/Excel required.
  4. Admin Officer (PPS-7)
    • No. of Posts: 1
    • Age: 30-35 years
    • Project: Administration
    • Qualification & Experience:
      • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
      • 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles with a development organization or similar sectors.
      • Experience in financial and grant management, procurement, and understanding of donor financial policies preferred.
  5. Communication Officer (PPS-7)
    • No. of Posts: 1
    • Age: 30-35 years
    • Project: Communication
    • Qualification & Experience:
      • Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
      • 5-7 years of experience in communication, with at least 2 years in health communication.
      • Proficiency in media planning tools and strong organizational skills required.
  6. Training Officer (PPS-7)
    • No. of Posts: 1
    • Age: 30-35 years
    • Project: Training
    • Qualification & Experience:
      • Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Education, or Community Development.
      • 5-8 years of experience in training and facilitation.
      • Familiarity with training methods and learning management software.
  7. M&E Officer (PPS-7)
    • No. of Posts: 1
    • Age: 30-35 years
    • Project: Monitoring & Evaluation
    • Qualification & Experience:
      • Postgraduate degree in Public Health or equivalent.
      • At least 5 years of experience in managing M&E activities in the health sector.
      • Knowledge of recent developments in M&E, data management, and experience with development partners.
  8. Office Assistant (PPS-5)
    • No. of Posts: 1
    • Age: 25-30 years
    • Qualification & Experience:
      • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
