Managing Director
We are looking for a dynamic and career-oriented professional to serve as the Managing Director of our manufacturing company.
Job Profile
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to ensure effective and cost-efficient operations.
- Adopt a forward-thinking approach to identify challenges and emerging market trends.
- Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, risks, and business ventures to achieve sustainable, long-term growth.
- Provide strategic advice to the board and the Group Chairman.
- Foster and maintain trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure that company policies and SECP guidelines communicated and adhered to at all levels.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and supervise executives, providing guidance to maximize performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior managerial role within a leading organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and business plans.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics and trends affecting the business.
- Strong grasp of corporate finance and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with corporate regulations and best management practices.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- BS/MS in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines; MBA preferred.
Experience and Other Requirements
- A minimum of 20 to 25 years of post-qualification experience in an engineering or fabrication organization.
- Upper age limit is 55 years; relaxation of 1-2 years considered based on exceptional qualifications and experience.
- This position is a three-year contract, renewable by mutual consent.
- Only Pakistani nationals encouraged to apply due to the strategic nature of the role.
- Candidates must be open to relocation within Pakistan.
