Registrar (Contractual – 03 Years)
In this senior administrative role, the Registrar maintains the institution’s integrity and manages academic records, statutory bodies, and key operational activities. The Registrar serves as the custodian of the University’s common seal and plays a vital role in supporting the academic and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain records of statutory body meetings.
- Process applications for accreditations and manage the Quality Management System.
- Oversee academic operations and supervise administrative and security matters.
- Handle human resource management and legal issues.
- Organize convocation ceremonies and manage university operations.
- Conduct elections for various university bodies.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must hold an 18-year master’s degree, preferably a PhD, with at least 17 years of experience at BPS-17 or equivalent in public, private, semi-private, or autonomous institutions. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of five years of relevant experience at HEC-recognized higher education institutions. Ideal candidates should possess strong knowledge of university governance, academic processes, and administrative operations, along with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Controller of Examinations (Contractual – 03 Years)
The Controller of Examinations (CoE) oversees all exam-related matters, including administering exams, processing results, verifying documents, and issuing transcripts and degrees. The CoE creates a technology-driven, efficient, and transparent system that ensures reliable evaluation procedures and prevents unfair practices.
Key Duties
- Plan and schedule exams while maintaining student records.
- Verify documents and ensure compliance with institutional policies during exams.
- Organize examinations and coordinate with faculties for smooth operations.
- Manage exam records and oversee invigilation duties.
- Maintain academic credential records and safeguard student records.
- Track issued transcripts and degrees, maintain alumni and dropout records, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with authorities for official documents and assist with special assignments and new initiatives.
This role requires attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to upholding academic integrity.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must hold an 18-year master’s degree with a minimum of 17 years of experience at BPS-17 or equivalent in public, private, semi-private, or autonomous institutions. Applicants should have at least five years of demonstrated experience in the examination systems of universities or higher education institutions and should understand the rules, regulations, and legal frameworks governing annual and semester examination systems.
