Situation Vacant

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Key Responsibilities

The Chief Executive will manage the company’s operations under the guidance of the Board of Directors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing strategies and policies approved by the Board
  • Overseeing human resources management
  • Managing projects and resource utilization
  • Ensuring resources safeguarded and used efficiently in compliance with statutory obligations

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution, registered with PEC
  • A Master’s degree and professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facilities Manager), FMP (Facilities Management Professional), or IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) considered advantageous

Experience:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including exposure to senior management and top leadership roles

Skills Required:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of facilities management operations
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and business operations
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and foster growth
  • Proven capability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Strong professional reputation, integrity, and ethical leadership
