Vacant Positions

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS – FINANCE PROFESSIONALS

Education:
Candidates should hold a minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from a recognized HEC institution or an equivalent foreign degree in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, Business Administration, or a relevant qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or a BS in Accounting and Finance.

Experience:
Candidates must possess at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in areas such as Tax, Budgeting, Reporting, Insurance, Treasury Accounting, Audit, or related Finance functions.

Requirements:
Preference goes to candidates with working knowledge of SAP and strong analytical, articulation, and presentation skills. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.

Age:
Candidates should be preferably no more than 33 years old as of the application submission date.

CA PROFESSIONALS

Education:
Candidates qualified Chartered Accountants and members of the respective institute.

Experience:
Freshly qualified candidates are welcome, but those with post-qualification experience in Tax, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Treasury, or related Finance functions will receive preference.

Requirements:
Candidates with SAP knowledge, familiarity with IFRS, International Accounting Standards, and local laws such as the Companies Act and Tax laws will stand out.

Age:
Candidates should be preferably no more than 40 years old as of the application submission date.

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – COMPANY SECRETARIAT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs), and follow up on action points.
  • Convene and service AGMs, draft minutes, resolutions, and file necessary forms and annual returns with the appropriate departments.
  • Stay updated on policies and regulatory changes that may affect the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, legal requirements, and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
  • Handle correspondence, collate information, write financial reports, and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external regulators, advisors, and auditors.
  • File statutory forms in accordance with Companies Regulations, 2024, with the SECP in a timely manner.
  • Report all items to the PSX through PUCARS as required by the PSX Rule Book.

Education:
Candidates should have a minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree in Accountancy & Finance, Business and Management Sciences, Law, or a Certified in Accounting & Finance (CAF) qualification.

Experience:
Candidates must have 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national or multinational organization, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role at a senior level or one position below.

Requirements:
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective liaison with senior management and stakeholders. They must identify legal and regulatory issues, assess risks, and propose practical solutions. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, discretion with confidential information, and effective time management are essential.

Age:
Candidates should be preferably no more than 33 years old as of the application submission date.
