Qualifications and Experience

  • Controller of Examinations: Master’s Degree/MBA (first class) with 15 years of administrative experience, particularly in examinations. Preference for those with experience as a Controller or Deputy Controller.
  • Librarian: PhD in the relevant field with 10 years of experience, or Master’s/M.Phil in Library Science with 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Directors (QEC, ORIC): PhD in the relevant field with 10 years of research or professional experience. Must demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and related training.
  • Director of Sports: Master’s Degree in Physical Education (first division) with 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Director of Student Affairs: Master’s Degree with 14 years of relevant experience, preference for retired armed forces personnel.
  • Director of Postgraduate Studies: PhD with 15 years of teaching/research experience, including 5 years of teaching and at least 15 research publications in recognized journals.
  • Director of Human Resources: Master’s in HR Management with 10-12 years of HR experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Internal Auditor: Qualified ACCA/ICMA or BBA/MBA in Finance/Accounting with 5 years of experience in the audit field.

  3. A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 2,000 deposited at Sindh Bank Ltd, Jamshed Quarters Branch, Karachi (Account No. 0003233348946100). The original receipt attached to the application. Separate applications and fees required for multiple positions.
  4. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline not considered.
  5. Government and semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel, and applications without NOC not entertained.

    • Qualification: Master’s in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
    • Experience: 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in higher education.

    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in audit-related fields in national or international organizations.
