Position
HR Officer Payroll / Assistant Manager Payroll
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Educational Requirement: MBA in Human Resources.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within the banking sector.
Job Description
The successful candidate will handle a range of payroll, employee benefits, and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Centralizing loan and advance salary disbursements.
- Overseeing complete payroll processing.
- Assisting with salary disbursement via the HR portal.
- Generating various reports from HRMS as required.
- Coordinating with different zones for payroll-related data and HRMS updates.
- Conducting staff surveys.
- Supporting training initiatives and quality assurance.
- Assisting with performance management systems (PMS).
- Distributing insurance cards.
- Preparing salary certificates.
- Managing dispatches for inward and outward communications.
- Performing any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
