Qualification/Experience and Age Limit
Assistant Director (Technical/EG-2)
Education: M.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer Engineering with at least 3.5 CGPA/75% marks, or B.Sc. in the same fields with similar qualifications.
Registration: Valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant field from a recognized ICT organization or telecom company.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Fixed and Wireless Communication and Radio Spectrum Management.
Knowledge of IEEE, ITU, ETSI, and 3GPP standards.
Awareness of trends such as 5G, OTT, Cloud Computing, IoT, AI, and Big Data.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of MS Project.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.
Assistant Director (Admin/HR)
Education: Master’s degree in HRM, MBA (HR), LLM, or MPA from a recognized institution with at least 3.5 CGPA/75% marks.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in BPS-16 or equivalent in the public or private sector.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in multinational corporations.
Strong management, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, team-working, and time management skills.
Excellent writing and drafting skills.
Ability to formulate policies, rules, and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with all HR functions and contemporary best practices.
Experience with HRMS and relevant software.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts/Audit)
Education: ICMA or ACCA with four years of relevant experience, or an MBA with a specialization in Finance and Accounts or M.Sc. in Economics, with at least 3.5 CGPA/75% marks.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in the relevant field in the public or private sector.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in finance and accounts.
Skills in preparing income and expenditure statements and final accounts.
Ability to assist auditors during audits.
Experience in processing financial claims and ensuring proper documentation.
Experience in preparing cash plans, expenditure reports, and annual budgets.
Understanding of taxation issues.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
