Available Positions
1. Systems Administrator – AIX/Linux (AVP/VP)
Reporting To: Unit Head Systems Administration (AIX/Linux)
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the HEC. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications preferred.
Experience: At least 6 years in Systems Administration, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in AIX or Linux environments, ideally in a banking context.
Skills: Strong systems architecture knowledge, experience with server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), and shell/bash scripting. Candidates should demonstrate analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
Responsibilities: Manage AIX/Linux platforms, oversee daily maintenance, troubleshoot critical issues, automate tasks using shell scripts, and ensure compliance through routine audits.
2. Senior Network Engineer (OG-I / AVP)
Reporting To: Unit Head – Security Operations (Internet and Extranet)
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the HEC. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT Networking, with at least 2 years focused on Network Security, preferably within a bank.
Skills: Expertise in network protocols, firewall administration, VPN technologies, and security assessment tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage security projects are essential.
Responsibilities: Maintain network security architecture, assist in security design, troubleshoot security issues, implement security infrastructure, and conduct audits to evaluate policy effectiveness.
3. Business Analyst (OG-II / OG-I)
Roles: Senior Business Analyst – ADC, Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise, Senior Business Analyst – ERP
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the HEC. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT, with at least 2 years in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Application Support, preferably in a bank.

Responsibilities: Define product vision and strategy, maintain product roadmaps, gather business requirements, oversee product development, and provide post-deployment support.
