Head – Project Management Office
Position Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) will ensure the effective operation of the PMO. This role includes planning, initiating, executing, overseeing, coordinating, and managing projects aligned with PSPC’s Strategic Plan 2028, particularly the establishment of a new banknote printing and security paper manufacturing facility.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field (valid Pakistan Engineering Council Registration required).
- Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in greenfield/brownfield industrial projects, with at least 7 years in a Project Manager or Head of PMO role.
- Recent experience in executing industrial plant projects preferred.
- Ideal age: around 50 years.
Manager – Civil
Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of PMO, the Manager – Civil will provide technical expertise and support to project management and engineering teams regarding civil works. Responsibilities include assisting with the design, analysis, and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (valid Pakistan Engineering Council Registration required).
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/lead role in an industrial plant construction project.
- Ideal age: around 35 years.
