Human Resources Solution International Jobs. Our client, a prominent company based in Karachi, is seeking seasoned professionals to join their team. Human Resource Solution International (HRSI) is currently hiring for the following positions:

1. General Manager – Corporate Planning

As the General Manager of Corporate Planning, you will be crucial in aligning the company’s mission with actionable performance metrics. Your role involves leading the creation and execution of strategic financial and business plans, managing risks, and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial and business strategies, translating overarching goals into actionable plans.
  • Manage and report on business risks through variance analysis, offering transparency to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Direct the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Create top-level forecasts to meet strategic commitments, focusing on maximizing returns.
  • Provide insights on forecasts, performance metrics, and financial analytics to support decision-making.
  • Lead a team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, industry experts, and government authorities.
  • Evaluate the impact of energy policies on the business and collaborate with government bodies on energy-related matters.

Education
  • Minimum of 16 years of education, ideally a Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience
  • At least 14-15 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a large national or multinational organization.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, risk management, and performance analysis.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the energy value chain and related policies.
  • Preferably under 50 years of age by the application deadline.

2. Middle Management – Centre of Expertise (HR)

In this role, you will develop and implement HR strategies to align human resources with the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute HR strategies to improve organizational performance.
  • Provide expert HR advice to senior management on best practices.
  • Design and manage HR frameworks to nurture a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee performance management systems to drive productivity.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Administer incentive programs to reward high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks.
Education
  • Minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
  • At least 6-8 years of experience, including 2-6 years in a similar role within a large national or multinational organization.
Requirements
  • Experience managing HR budgets, salary structures, and incentive programs.
  • Preferably under 40 years of age by the application deadline.

3. Middle Management – Key Accounts Cards

As the Key Accounts Manager, you will manage key client accounts and work to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new customers and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and management strategies.
  • Monitor card account performance and implement solutions to drive growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and propose solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on competitors and industry trends.
  • Analyze business reports and make proactive decisions to enhance performance.
Education
  • Minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s in Marketing or a related field.
Experience
  • At least 6-8 years of experience, including 2-6 years in a similar role.
